Roseline 82490 is a double thinning shears, meaning that both blades of the dog shears are serrated. A double thinning shears cuts less fur than a single one. A neat and handy scissor with a nice satin finish.

The scissors are used to smooth out transitions, for finishing or to thin out the dog's fur.

It is important when cutting with thinning shears that only your thumb is working, and that you do not have your thumb too far into the finger rest. Otherwise, the risk is that the blade of the scissors runs incorrectly and the teeth catch on the straight blade. This may result in a nick in the straight blade and the scissors will likely need to be resharpened. This is not covered by the warranty.
